Dover Beach Hotel endeavours to provide information that is accurate and up-to-date. We advise visitors to our site that all published information is subject to change, correction, or deletion. 

•    Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee or an advance payment.
•    The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided credit card before arrival.

•    Winter - 3 Nights will be charged if cancelled less then 21 days prior to arrival 
•    Summer  1 Night will be charged if cancelled less than 7 nights prior to arrival.  
•    If cancelled outside of the cancellation period outlined above, the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited. 

Effective 01st April, 2019 a new mandatory fee of US$4.40 per room per night will be applied to account.

The 1st child under 12yrs sharing with 2 adults stays free (this excludes meal plans). Infants (under 2) stay free. Children 12 years and older will be charged at the full adult rate.

In the event of early departure, Dover Beach Hotel will charge for the 100% of the reservation.  No refunds for unused nights will be given.

In the event of late arrival, Dover Beach Hotel will charge 100% of the value of unused accommodation. 

In the event a confirmed Guest does not utilize the accommodation without having cancelled prior to the cancellation dates set forth above, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation  

The hotel will deduct a  one night deposit during summer and a three night deposit during winter from the given credit card at the time of booking and confirmation. The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival to the hotel.

•    Check-in time is from 4:00pm and check-out time is by 12 midday
•    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.

Payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash.

While the hotel will make every effort to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

The hotel respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  Rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
