Great place to stay
Very nice hotel with an on-site restaurant. Had a little kitchenette, balcony, king size bed, and a great bathroom. Great views. We only stayed one night before our sandals trip. Ready to walk in the morning. But be warned, there's no elevator
A Lovely Place to Stay!
We have just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with amazing views of the sea from our balcony. The bed was so comfy, and with that and the sound of the waves I slept better than I have ever done at home! We ate at the SeaGrape restaurant every night and the food was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the delicious Caribbean Curry. Main meals are about 50 Barbadian Dollars. The restaurant has a terrace by the sea with wonderful sunsets and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks below. The room was clean (and cleaned every day with fresh towels and flannels). There is a supermarket nearby which stocks all the essentials. A lovely place to stay!
Pre Cruise Stay
Although slightly dated this Art Deco style hotel was ideal for our stay. Located on the seafront with beautiful views. Set back from the main road so no traffic noise. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with balcony and kitchenette facilities. Plenty of storage for clothes. Loads of coat hangers. Good air con & sufficient power points for chargers etc.
Despite reading adverse reviews on the net, we found the hotel restaurant to be very good. Freshly prepared food served in reasonable time. Recommend the Dover burgers.
