DATE NIGHT IN BARBADOS FOR YOUNG COUPLES

So, you’ve booked the trip to Barbados, you’ve settled in at the hotel, you’ve enjoyed most of the amenities and you look over to your partner and wonder – “what will we do next?” It’s a question that lingers for most traveling couples, especially in this new age of finding perfectly ‘Instagrammable’ moments. In Barbados, you’ll find that there are quite a few unique date ideas for a night out with the love of your life. For the movie lovers, you can find a cozy park at the Globe Drive-In theatre. If you’re looking for something with more movement, you can try a night of dancing or casually listening to live music in St. Lawrence Gap, (within walking distance of Dover Beach Hotel) or Second Street in Holetown. Oistins Fish Fry – The Authentic Bajan Experience

Oistins Fish Fry is a must do activity for almost every visitor who comes to Barbados and is situated in the Oistins Bay Gardens, in Oistins town, on the south coast of Barbados. It is the most visited attraction on island appealing to both locals and visitor with equal intensity. So why is Oistins so popular? Its authenticity intrigues its patrons… distinctly Bajan they say. Several operators serve up menus of varied fish and other seafood in a very casual atmosphere and at an extremely affordable price point. Open every night of the week, it is, however, more patronised on Fridays and Saturday evenings. Regular patrons have their preferred vendors and tend to move between a few favourites. There are however plenty of options to choose from. Open grills and the welcoming aroma of fresh food permeates the air.  Beer is the popular beverage, but other options are also available.
